What is the fly-high scholarship, and what does it cover? It is a category of self-sponsor scholarship, so we call it the NUAA postgraduate scholarship. It covers your first year's tuition and insurance, and also provides a 12-month living allowance of 800RMB to 3000RMB per month. From the second year onwards, you will have to pay full tuition fees and all other expenses yourself. Of course, if your academic performance is generally satisfactory, you can apply for an academic scholarship by academic year (2.5/4.0 years). The Postgraduate Academic Scholarship is 20,000 RMB/year, a one-time payment. You can apply through your coordinator every September or November. For more information about the academic scholarship evaluation, please contact your program coordinator.

I am already in China, and my visa will expire soon. Can you provide me with a visa for the summer holidays? You are officially considered a NUAA student only after registration. During the summer holidays, you have TWO solutions. One is to fly back to your home country and re-enter China. One is to ask your previous school to extend your visa. We do not encourage early registration. If you face serious difficulties, please contact your program coordinator in the NUAA WeChat group to inquire about early registration, dorm entry, or visa extension.

May I change my major, supervisor, or college? (Important)In principle, it is not possible to change supervisors, majors, or colleges unless there are force majeure circumstances, such as the supervisor's resignation. The information on your admission and visa form is automatically captured and linked to your Graduate Management and Information System. Please confirm with your program coordinator at registration the following details: your principal, supervisor, the college to which your supervisor is affiliated, whether your significant other falls under that college, and whether your supervisor has the necessary qualifications to advise in that major at the college. Otherwise, if there is a mismatch in any of the information, you will not be able to register for classes and begin studying on time. Chinese Government Scholarship students are unable to change their major. The major you apply for is the one funded by CSC; any significant change or college adjustment will result in the loss of CSC funding. Once again, we do not encourage changing majors or supervisors. If there is no other alternative, please formally apply to graduate school and wait for a response. We cannot guarantee the outcome of the approval.

How do I get my original admission and visa application?Admission and visa applications are fully electronic. You will only receive the electronic version of the admission from the application system and the visa application from the "Study in China" website: https://www.studyinchina.edu.cn. Please note that your email is the only authorized channel for receiving the original visa application; the University does not have the authority to accept your original visa application.
-
There is a mistake on the Visa form. What should I do?Please note that your admission and visa form automatically captures the information from what you fill in the application system. Once your admission and visa application is generated, it cannot be modified from any side. Please ensure that you fill in your personal information correctly, and we will assist you in obtaining a university stamp for your explanation letter, which will be submitted to your local embassy.
