AI is transforming industries—from aerospace to healthcare—and I aim to be at the forefront of this revolution. After graduating, I envision myself in one of these roles:
AI Research Scientist: Contributing to breakthroughs in machine learning or robotics, possibly in academia or R&D labs.
Industry Specialist: Applying AI solutions in aerospace (inspired by NUAA’s strengths) or multinational tech firms.
Entrepreneur: Launching a startup that bridges AI innovation with societal needs, such as sustainable smart cities.
How NUAA is Preparing Me
Academic Rigor: I will take on Courses in algorithms, data science, and neural networks(a little example was taught to us during our python classes in the first year as an overview for the following years) which I will use in building my technical foundation.
Research Exposure: I plan to join AI-focused labs/projects at NUAA to gain hands-on experience.
Global Network: I plan on Collaborating with peers and professors from diverse cultures is honing my teamwork and adaptability—key skills for a global career.
Steps I’m Planning on Taking during my study:
Skill Diversification: Learning programming (Python, TensorFlow) and staying updated on AI trends through MOOCs and NUAA’s workshops.
Internship Goals: Seeking summer internships in China/abroad to apply classroom knowledge.
Language & Soft Skills: Improving my Chinese (to engage locally) and leadership through student clubs.
Challenges & Growth Mindset
