Studying abroad has been one of the most exciting and eye-opening experiences of my life. As an International Business major at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), I’ve been gaining skills and insights that are preparing me to make a real impact in Tajikistan’s aviation sector.

Bringing My Knowledge Back Home: My Career Vision

After I finish my studies, I plan to return to Tajikistan and work as a manager specialist at Somon Air, one of the leading airlines in my country. I’m passionate about aviation and eager to help Somon Air grow and modernize.

I want to improve how the airline operates, boost customer service, and bring fresh business ideas that help connect Tajikistan with the world. A strong aviation industry is so important—it links people, supports trade, and drives our economy forward.

NUAA has taught me a lot beyond just textbooks. Through my international business courses, I’ve developed important skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and working with people from different cultures.
